What we do

Everything the tax return needs, and nothing it doesn't

One team owns the whole chain from receipt to filing. You send the paperwork, we do the rest — and tell you anything that looks wrong before it becomes a problem.

Bookkeeping

Monthly reconciliation from Xero, QuickBooks or a shoebox of receipts. Categorised, matched and explained in plain English.

From £89/month

VAT & tax

Quarterly VAT returns filed on time, self-assessment, and a plain-language rundown of what you actually owe and when.

Included from £189/month

Payroll

Payslips, RTI submissions and pension auto-enrolment for up to 40 staff, run before the 5th every month.

From £3 per employee / month

Year-end accounts

Statutory accounts and corporation tax, filed with Companies House and HMRC, with a deadline that never slips.

From £450/year

Management reporting

A monthly P&L, cashflow forecast and a short note on what changed. Board-ready, not spreadsheet soup.

Included on Growth and above

Registered office & R&D

A real business address, HMRC correspondence handled, and R&D claims prepared properly where they apply.

From £25/month
How it works

Three steps, then it's just done

01 · Onboard

A 20-minute call

We connect your bank, your software and your HMRC account. If you're switching from another accountant, we handle the handover letter too.

02 · Send

Forward the paperwork

Snap receipts in the app or forward invoices to your inbox. Your bookkeeper picks them up same-day and flags anything unclear.

03 · Done

We close the month

By the 5th you get reconciled books, a VAT position and a one-line answer to "how are we doing?". Every month, reliably.

Pricing

One fixed fee, agreed up front

FAQ

The things people ask before signing up

Am I locked into a contract?

No. Monthly plans are rolling, with 30 days' notice. Annual plans are discounted because they're paid up front, but you can still leave at any point — we'll hand over your records within five working days.

Do I need my own accounting software?

No. If you already use Xero or QuickBooks we'll work in your account. If you don't, we provide the software as part of the fee — there's no separate subscription to pay.

What if I'm behind on my books?

Catch-up work is priced separately and quoted before we start, usually at a fixed fee based on how many months are outstanding. You'll never get an invoice you didn't agree to first.

Who actually does the work?

A named accountant with a direct line and email — not a shared inbox or a chatbot. Behind them sits a qualified reviewer who signs off every filing before it goes in.

Are you regulated?

Yes. We're ICAEW-regulated and hold professional indemnity insurance. Our registration number is in the footer, and any money held on your behalf sits in a client account.

Get a fixed quote in one working day

Tell us roughly what you do and how many invoices a month. You'll get a real number, from a real accountant, within a day — with no follow-up sales calls.
